Is ordering

Yes, it is
safe to order online through girlslovewheels.com. All online orders
are done through secure servers. In addition,
girlslovewheels.com will never sell your email address to any of
those annoying spam email list services. Please see

pay sales tax on my order?

How will my
products be shipped?
For your
convenience girlslovewheels.com ships our floor mats UPS
ground for easy tracking, smaller items ship USPS First
Class. You may also upgrade your shipping for an additional
fee by contacting sales@girlslovewheels.net for
rates.
How long
does it take to receive my order?
After we
receive payment & it has cleared. Your order will take 5-10
business days for delivery. We cannot guarantee
delivery on or before any specific date, therefore if you are
planning on ordering items for a specific occasion please place
order well in advance (3 to 4 weeks). We will be more than
happy to assist you with all of your inquiries.

What is your
return policy?
Returns: You may return any product
purchased from girlslovewheels.com within 30 days of receipt as
long as the product is in the same condition it was when you
received it from us. When returning an item, please briefly
specify the reason. The customer pays shipping to return the
product and a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges: You may exchange your
product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is in the
same condition it was when you received it. Customer will be
responsible for shipping charges for returning the original product
and for charges for the exchanged item being shipped to the
customer.
If it was an error on our part, please
email us immediately at sales@girlslovewheels.net to let us know of any errors with your order
and we will rectify the situation immediately. We will work with
you to assure any errors are corrected to your
satisfaction.
All orders are refunded in the manner in
which you paid, i.e. if you paid by check you will be refunded by
check, if you paid by money order you will be refunded by money
order. If you paid by PayPal, you must allow 3-4 business
days for credits to post to your account. Please keep this in
mind, there are no exceptions. Please email us at sales@girlslovewheels.net.
Once contacted about a
refund/exchange/error we will e-mail you with the specific
information on how to return your item.

outside the United States?
Our shipping
charges are set for shipment within the United States only.
